As the festive season approaches, KEMP Hospice is calling on our wonderful community to help spread some Christmas cheer by donating toys and games to our charity shops. By giving your pre-loved or new toys and games, you can make a real difference in the lives of local people and families who need it the most this Christmas.
Your Donations Make a Difference
Christmas is a time for giving, and your generosity will go a long way in supporting the vital care services KEMP Hospice provides across the Wyre Forest. Every donation of toys and games, helps stock our shops with items that are perfect for Christmas gifts. The money raised from selling these items directly supports our free-of-charge services, including specialist palliative care, counselling support, and emotional wellbeing services for those dealing with life-limiting illnesses and/or bereavement.
How You Can Help
We’re asking for donations of good quality toys and games suitable for all ages. Please help us by ensuring your donations are in good condition, clean and have the ‘CE’ mark on each item. If you have any queries at all please contact a member of the retail team by email or phone to discuss.
Whether it’s a soft toy, board game, or something fun for little hands, every item counts. If you’d like to make a donation of items, you can either:
Book a slot at our Donation Centre:
By booking a drop off slot, we can be sure a member of our team or one of our wonderful volunteers will be available to accept your donation.

If you’d like to drop off at one of our six shops across the Wyre Forest, please call the shop in advance. Because of the capacity in our shops, we aren’t always able to accept your donations on site, by calling us first we can advise you.
Don’t forget to Gift Aid your donation!
If you’re a UK Tax payer and eligible to register for Gift Aid, we can claim an additional 25p from the HMRC for every £1 raised from the sale of your goods. This means every £1 is worth £1.25 to KEMP Hospice at no additional cost to you!
Please ask a member of our shop teams or email our retail team for more information or to register for Gift Aid. Please note, if you have previously made a Gift Aid eligible cash donation directly to the Hospice, you will also need to register with our retail department to allow us to claim Gift Aid on the income raised from any items you donate.
